Our gifts are of the highest quality and will be presented with gorgeous bows and wraps, which will add to the thrill and pleasure of receiving them.  In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your flowers and/or gifts please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will make sure to rectify the situation so that you are 100% happy with your purchase! Some of the flowers used in our photographs are seasonal and if we are unable to purchase them ourselves then we guarantee to replace those shown with ones of equal value and beauty. Likewise with the gifts... If we are temporarily unable to obtain a certain item we will replace it with one that is similar and of equal or more value. |
